How tiers work
Meta caps how many unique customers a number can start conversations with in a rolling 24 hours. New numbers start at 250 (unverified) or 1,000 (TIER_1K) and can rise to 10K, 100K, and unlimited. Your current tier shows on the AiConva dashboard as Messaging Limit.
Tiers upgrade automatically: message roughly half your current limit within 7 days while keeping your quality rating at Medium or High, and Meta bumps you within 24 hours.
The upgrade playbook
- Verify your business in Meta Business Manager — unverified numbers are stuck at 250.
- Ramp volume gradually: 40–50% of your tier daily for a week, not one giant blast.
- Watch quality: AiConva shows the rating next to your number. If it drops to Low (RED), pause broadcasts and let it recover — downgrades happen fast.
- Only message opted-in contacts and honour the automatic STOP handling; blocks are the main quality killer.
Spend caps on campaigns double as tier protection — a capped campaign can't accidentally burn your whole daily limit on a bad list.
