What does a WhatsApp message actually cost?
Meta charges ₹1.09 per marketing message and ₹0.145 for utility/authentication messages (India rates — set by Meta, passed through at cost). AiConva adds a flat ₹0.10 per message, plus 18% GST on the total. Replies inside the 24-hour service window are free. Every charge appears as its own ledger line.
Is there a setup fee or subscription?
