How much does a WhatsApp message cost for restaurants & cloud kitchens?

Can I customise these templates for my restaurants & cloud kitchens business?
Yes. Each template uses numbered variables ({{1}}, {{2}}) for the dynamic parts (customer name, order number, date). After importing, you edit the wording and fill in your business name, then submit. The category (marketing/utility/authentication) is what you set on import.
Do I need opt-in before sending these?
Yes for marketing templates. You can only message contacts who opted in. Utility and authentication messages can be sent in response to a customer request or for transactional updates without a separate opt-in. AiConva records the opt-in source against each contact so you can prove consent.
