Every WhatsApp number has a free universal link: https://wa.me/<number without + or spaces>. Once your line is connected, the Dashboard side panel shows your link ready to copy.
Add pre-filled text so the customer's first message triggers your welcome flow: https://wa.me/919876543210?text=hi — the text must be URL-encoded (spaces become %20).
