What migrates with you

Your WhatsApp Business number migrates — customers who already know it keep messaging it without interruption. Your opted-in contacts migrate via CSV export and import. The migration steps

1. Export everything from your current BSP: contacts, templates, segments, quick replies. Do this before you disconnect anything.
